At Summer Slumber, we do our best to ensure that your order arrives quickly, safely, and at a fair shipping cost. Please read our shipping details before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Pre-order items such as limited releases may require additional production time. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at checkout or on the product page.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple:
- Canada: $19.49 CAD flat rate
- United States: $21.49 CAD flat rate
- United Kingdom: £19.49 flat rate
- Europe: $29.49 CAD flat rate
- Oceania : $34.49 CAD flat rate
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders over a certain value.
Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or customs.

Within Canada: 2–8 business days

United States: 2–6 business days
- Pre-orders: 3-5 weeks shipping to Canada, 4-5 weeks to USA, 4-9 weeks to Europe.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Incorrect or Lost Packages
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package is missing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact form]. We will review your case and send a replacement if eligible.
