1. What products do you offer?
We offer high-quality streetwear, including t-shirts, hoodies, and limited-edition drops inspired by Toronto style.
2. How do I know what size to order?
Please check our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. All measurements are provided to help you find the best fit.
3. Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! Certain items, like our zip-ups, are available for pre-order. Pre-order items will ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.
4. How much is shipping?
- Canada: $19.49 flat rate
- United States: $21.49 flat rate
- International: Rates vary; typically $20–40 CAD
5. How long does shipping take?
- Canada: 2–8 business days
- United States: 2–6 business days
- International: 1–4 weeks (if offered)
- All PREORDERS: 3-6 weeks, International might take additional time.
6. Do you offer refunds or returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Exceptions are made for defective or incorrect items — please contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged or wrong.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order is shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.
8. What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
